More Pain After Naps.....????

    Just curious to ask if others have the same problem.

    Whenever I take a nap during the day, I always wake up feeling worse (in much more pain) than I did when I went to sleep.

    I know if we are in the same position for too long it is an issue with our muscles, but this doesn't happen to me when I wake up in the morning.

    Maybe the RLS keeps me from keeping still enough to cramp at night(I nap on the couch usually)??

    Any thoughts or input?

    when I nap, but I do find it very hard to wake up and not just crawl into bed until the next morning. I only get a nap in about once a week; could use one every day.

    After I nap, though it is hard to get up from the nap even after I wake up, I usually feel better and a little more rested. I still go back to bed at night by 9 pm, can hardly ever stay awake longer then that.
