Hi everyone, I had an MRI with and without contrast yesterday for some neurological problems i've been having. My neurologist wants to do a spinal tap but needed an MRI first to make sure everything looks OK. But I get home and eat lunch and have no sense of taste or smell. So I looked up the contrast agent and found out that less than 1% of people get this after an MRI. Does anybody know if this is temporary or permanent. I don't know when the doctor will call with the results, but I'll call her on Monday to ask about this. Any ideas? Suggestions?
