UCLA has a program for MS patients to help them manage their symptoms and help them with coping skills. The program gives support to the patient, their families, and caregivers.
I think it would be great if there was a program like this for people with CFS and FM.

Linda, Wouldn't that be great ! We don't get nearly enough exposure, or GREAT medical care.

I have a pretty decent dr. who is compassionate, but even with that She really doesn't have any answers. The regular old~ Diet, supplements, exercise ( lightly), and meds.

At least we have some good message boards and on line communities out here to help us a little bit ! I live in a fairly small town, where we have NOTHING for FMS/CFS sufferers. Some of the bigger cities have groups, ( face to face) and things like that. Which I guess is better than nothing at all !

I have a friend with a bad case of MS and I know that she has a hard time of it too.

All of these Chronic Diseases (conditions) sure are the pits !
