Today, a friend recommended MSM for sciatica pain. (My husband, our son and I all seem to have it now.) Has anybody tried MSM? I've looked it up on the Internet and found that it comes both in capsule form and as a topical pain reliever. What is the appropriate form to use for sciatica?

Also, I've seen MSM sold in combination with glucosamine and chondratin (or something like that). Is there an advantage to getting a combination product, or would it be better to get MSM alone? Finally, what would be an appropriate dosage to help with sciatica pain?

Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge.

I don't know, but we'll bump it back to the top and see if some replies. Here's hoping!
