Hi, I thank you for advice but I do take, potassium, calcium, folic acid,mangeseim(excuse spelling), DHEA, MSM, Soma. The pain is mostly in the thighs, inside and front. My doctor says it's just muscle spasms not RLS. I walk at least 1 hour or more a day outside at 10 min. intervals, but when I try to do anything outside or in house as considered work, I hurt worse.
