My Sleep "cure"

    I've read recently that melatonin can only be used for a while and then the brain needs a holiday. Can use valerian/inulin during the holiday. Also, seems the lowest dose is the best dose for melatonin--I've been taking 9 mg and am going to go back to 1 mg to see if it helps.

    I take only 1/4 to 1/2mg with my other "stuff" I mention above. I've read less is best along the way.

    Have you tried sleeping without taking GABA to see if it does or doesn't make difference for you ?

    Getting back to sleep after bathroom without the calms in middle of night is huge...I think the anatabloc must have something to do with all this too re: sleep.

    All this scary talk of Lemon Balm affecting hypothyroidism is rubbish.

    I've been taking 500 mg Lemon Balm & Valerian prior to going to bed for around 2 months now to see if they aids sleep, they certainly do contribute without a doubt.

    I’ve just had a full thyroid test and my thyroid has actually improved. A lower TSH, a higher T3 and T4 about the same compared with 2 months ago.
