Just wondering if anyone else uses nabilone. Nabilone is a THC type molecule. My sleep doctor added it to my gabapentin. I use .5 mg/day at bedtime. It works great for sleep and at that dose is quite good for additional pain relief and anxiety. Fortunately, my Blue Cross covers it as it is expensive. A little online research shows that it is better than amitryptiline for sleep and at much larger doses than I take, it is very good for FM pain. I have also found that I can sleep very well on it even without the CPAP machine!

    Any other results out there?

Hi: Intersesting med. I noticed it was also used to treat anorexia. Does this induce hunger for you?

It's natural form certainly does for me! :)

Relief from pain AND insomnia -- sounds good!!!!

It does make me hungrier. When I was on a larger dose, it made me much hungrier. I had to lower the dose due to nausea. At .5 mg with my gabapentin, it is quite a good combination.

Kerry: Thanks for answering.....I definitely can't afford the hunger issue.

    Happy this is helping you!
