In my search for more energy, I've read about NADH, and it's been discussed here. I have several questions: 1. For those who have used it, is it effective? 2. What is a good starting dose? 3. Does it cause herxing? 4. CoQ-10 is also supposed to help with energy levels. Does anyone know if it is better than, or just different than, NADH. Can they be used together? 5. Is one brand better than another? I've gone back to caffeine for an energy boost, so I can stay awake driving home from work in the afternoon. I'm not sure that is such a healthy approach, even if I am using organically grown black tea. By 4:00 I need a nap, and that is when I am on the road towards home.
