    Can anyone tell me if Naltrexone also helps with fatigue, not just pain.

    Low doses of naltrexone will boost natural killer cell function, which improves your body's ability to defend itself against pathogens. In the long run that should be good for all your symptoms, but you may get an even better response if your doctor looks into the possibility of coagulation problems, too. Just remember that YOU might feel sick while your body is fighting off infections.
