OK, folks ...... ready, set, go!

    Name the actors
    and/or the show
    and/or BOTH!

No "theme" to this game -- except for maybe "oldies TV".

    GOOD LUCK!

The first picture is probably Robby the Robot. I say "probably" because he appeared
in a dozen or more shows over a couple decades, and his image varied from time
    to time.

    2. Danny Thomas and Marjorie Lord. Make Room for Daddy.

    3. The Cast of the Dick Van Dyke show with Mary Tyler Moore,
Morey Amsterdam, Rose Marie and Richard Deacon.

    4. Car 54, Where Are You? Joe Ross and Fred Gwynne.

I think I recognize 7 of these pics, but I'll leave the others for the
    rest of the gang.

Hi GB, I think you got 'em all right except I don't know about Joe E. Lewis.
I don't remember him at all. I remember Joe E. Brown. He was in Some Like
    It Hot among other things.

Of Kula, Fran and Ollie, it's Fran who always shows up in the crosswords.

With regard to the last picture, were we supposed to name the actor who
was holding the rock or the rock who was pressing down on the actor?

Dave Barry once commented on Star Trek as the show where the actors
wore pajamas. Exactly what I had always thought. I also agreed with
him that it was hard to tell apart Neil Sedaka and Paul Anka.

    Good game, Diane.

Rock, You're right, it's Joe E. Brown. Got my Joe's mixed up! Joe Louis was a prize fighter!

On the Star Trek pic., the rock was probably as talented as some of the actors. :) (Oh, that wasn't nice was it).

I think Paul Simon looks a bit like Neil Sedaka and Paul Anka as well.

I like this game too Diane. More, please. (Who said that?). GB

    Hi GB

Is it Joe E. Brown? I didn't think it looked like him either.

With regard to the talent of the rock above, there are lots of very popular actors
and singers that I think have no talent at all. I won't name them. Some of them
would be favorites of some folks here I'm sure. And vice versa w/ re: to
    entertainers I admire.

I think "More, please" was said by Chubby Checker, the guy who popularized the
twist. Either him or Oliver Wendell Holmes.

I was thinking of "please sir, I want some more". :( The line from "Oliver"

I really was a big Star Trek fan. Watched every episode over and over. Once upon a time we had a Trekkie convention here and my daughter and I went. Unfortunately, Captain Kirk wasn't there. :(

I do have Lt. Uhura's autograph however (Nichelle Nichols). My son got it for me when he was working in A/V at a convention. And I have a 'genuine' communicator badge, courtesy of QVC! LOL

Is that Joe E. Brown? Who is the lady in that picture. I'm stumped.

Hi GB, I was thinking of Oliver Twist too. See the last two lines of my
    post. SOL Smiling out loud.

I know whatcha mean by "too much fun" with all the meds. I've had
about as much fun as I can stand.

I tried to send this as a message to you, but I got a pop up that said,
"You may not send a message to gb66." No reason given. All too
confusiating for my Pooh sized brain.

I don't know who the lady in the photo is either.

    Hi GB and Rock --

Here's another pic of the actress in Picture 5. Maybe this pic will help y'all identify her.

I'll be back later! Good luck............

    Diane :D

PS: Do y'all need a clue for PICTURE 7? I don't think anybody guessed. Let me know!

Pic above looks like Harriet Arlene Lake aka Ann Sothern. If I'm wrong, you can
tell me to go jump in the lake.

Pic 7. GB identified as Kukla, Fran and Ollie. Wikiipedia says Fran was Fran Allison,
    a radio comedienne and singer.

Will try and post some more pics myself soon as I get some pep.
Don't hold your you know what. Ha Ha.

Rock, Now I get it! Took me awhile to decipher that one. Too subtle for me!
    Chubby Checker indeed!

That may be Ann Southern, but Diane, is that Joe E. Brown? I found pictures of him and it looks like it may be, but not sure. Also, who is the family? GB

That family may be the folks on the Donna Reed show.
One of those wholesome, uplifting shows I never watched. SOL

Not sure about the identity of Mr Brown, but "Joe E. Brown" is an anagram
    for "New Job Ore".

    Hi GB and Rock,

I'll summarize the answers here. By the way -- Hooray! All the answers are correct!!!!!!

    1) Lost in Space: Jonathan Harris (Dr. Smith) with Robby the Robot. (I never knew that the ROBOT had a name!)

    2) The Danny Thomas Show a/k/a Make Room for Daddy: Danny Thomas and Marjorie Lord.

    3) The Dick Van Dyke Show: Dick Van Dyke, Mary Tyler Moore,
Morey Amsterdam, Rose Marie and Richard Deacon .................... I loved this show!

    4) Car 54, Where Are You? Joe Ross and Fred Gwynne.

    5) The Ann Sothern Show

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Ann_Sothern_Show

Wiki says the guest star is Joe E. Brown! :)

    6) Pernell Roberts, Bonanza

    7) The Donna Reed Show: Donna Reed, Carl Betz, Shelley Fabares, Paul Petersen, Patty Petersen

    8) Kukla, Fran & Ollie

I'll be back later to look at Vol. 3. I think I answered all the questions here, on Vol. 2. Let me know if I haven't!

    Thanks for playing!

    Diane :)
