Naps for heart conditions may be flagging more CFS ppl

    Since neither my regular M.D. or Cardiologist thought to check for Epstein-Barr Virus, perhaps a lot more ppl have it.

    I think it would be a good idea to implement a 15 minute nap time into the work place. Europe(Scandinavia) has had this for years. Just a short nap right after lunch. People are much more functional when they are alert. It would work better than caffeine.
