What exactly is "natural flavor(ing)? I have some drinks that say "no fruit juice" and in the ingredients it says "natural flavors". What are they using?

    Thanks!

    Luvya.

    God Bless.

    Good to see you too!

You can usually find me on the "Porch", although sometimes I just sit in my papasan and lurk. Still having trouble with the pain. :-(

Yes, the drinks do taste good...but I wonder what chemicals they are using.

    God Bless.

I asked my mum this before because I have to watch what I eat. Mum said that possibly they might be using the rind of whatever fruit they use.

As long as it doesn't bother me, ignorance is bliss, and I think I almost prefer not to know :p but that's the idea we have here about "natural flavor".

Whenever it says "Natural Flavor" in an ingredient it is a hidden name for MSG...

Even if it says Natural strawberry flavor...Anything that says natural is MSG..

There are over 50 hidden names for MSG...Anything hydrolyzed is MSG..

    Go to a site called....MSGmyth

I would NOT drink any of those drinks!

It's a sneaky way of hiding MSG! I read that over a year ago in a book about toxins in our food.
