Has anyone tried neurofeedback. This is very different from biofeedback and not the same. Check it out on the internet. Very interesting that it is used for chronic illness, chronic pain, brain injury, autism etc etc.

The pain psychologist I saw last summer and fall practices this with patients (I'm pretty sure) but I didn't use it ... it's an available option though.

Lots of new research and talk about the neuroplasticity (ability of our brain structure, namely neurons, to change) is pointing in the direction of new treatment and hope for folks with lots of chronic conditions. I incorporated some of the new ideas into my "pain plan" in addition to getting more active, and am doing really well.
