I was uable to find what Neutrophilia Vasculitis is..
But here are the definitions side by side:

    What is neutrophilia?
(noo´´tro-fil´e-ah) increase in the number of neutrophils in the blood.

    And neutrophils are?
A neutrophil cell, especially an abundant type of granular white blood cell that is highly destructive of microorganisms.

    What is vasculitis?
Vasculitis is a general term that refers to the inflammation of blood vessels. When blood vessels become inflamed, they can react only in limited ways. They may become weakened, stretch and increase in size, or become narrow - even to the point of closing off entirely.

It may be that Neutrophilia Vasculitis is the swelling of blood vessels do to an infection thus the increase in white blood cells..

Let us know what ya find.
