A doctor Trevor Marshall of Western Australia claims that rheumatod arthritis, chronic fatigue even psoriasis are related and are in fact caused by a special type of anti biotic resistant infection that can be cured with a cocktail of anti biotics after this treatment patients have recovered and returned to a normal life. To be proven he has to overcome a third phase of trials, this might explain why we feel better on some anti biotics but its never effective enough to cure us,,

Obvoiously you know your stuff very well (I'm always impressed by your knowledge), but I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one.

Newer research is starting to point to the possiblity that immune regulation dysfunction (as well as HPA axis dysfunction) are often secondary to viral/bacterial infections -- particularly Lyme and its coinfections, and mycoplasma. "Rheumatiod arthritis" is often a misdiagnosis of conditions that mimic it which are secondary to Lyme and other infections. In these cases, antibiotics may well help alleviate the underlying cause.
