I have been considering getting an NTI for clenching my teeth. It is a small clear plastic device the dentist fits to keep your front teeth from touching, then the rest can't touch either.

I did some research and wanted to share with you who have migraines. About 80% of these devices are being used with success in curing migraines you wake up with.

They are called NTI: NOCICPTIVE TRIGEMINAL INHIBITION DEVICE.

I use one and highly recommend it, it cut back on my headaches quite a bit. after a root canal I started getting chronic intense cluster or power or migraine headaches of anew nature and getting one of these has helped cut down on the frequency of these. Its odd cus its so small but it works and doesnt fall out.
