HI all. I'm turning this in as a general post. I need all the info I can get to fight this thing:

My name is Sean. I'll be 34 in January and have had cfids for 6.5 years now. I also have been doing some research and noted the very dangerous link to low growth hormone levels. Dr. Cheney seems to be pushing hard in this direction but I can't find any recent updates on his research or clinical trials with gh and bovine growth factors.

Has anyone here treated with growth hormone?

Also, I can't make any aerobic energy. I can't do any aerobic activity without coming down hard. Anyone else here like that. Is there anything that helps?

    I
    Thanks much, Sean.

Dear Sean: Have you gone to an immunologist or a infectious disease specialist to be thoroughly tested for what you have? The reason why I am asking this is because a regular internal medicine doctor doesn't test for viruses, mycoplasma, automimmune disfunctione, chemical imbalance, etc. These tests are expensive but well worth it in order to find out exactly what you have. A lot of people out there take bovine growth factor which is called also colostrum or transfer fractor. Look under the email bulletin where you will find a lot info on it. It all depends what you are taking to help. After feeling lousy for a year and crashing hard, I finally went to an immunologist who tested me for everthing you can imagine and found out that I had HHV6 (human herpes) which was very high and placed by whole immune system out of whack! To make a long story short, I am recovering slowly - but I have to take a lot of pills in the morning such a a good multi-vitamin, CQ-10, olive leaf extract, DHEA, enzymes for my digestive system, esterified C -1000 mg a day, vitamin E., etc.... I tried transfer factor sold here on the websit and I feel better. I hope this sort of answers to questions. Wish you the best. MLW

HI-- RECENTLY MY BABY SISTER AND I WENT TO A 4 HR. CLINIC AT OHSU IN PORTLAND, OREGON. THE CLINIC WAS HELD IN THE RESEARCH CENTER FOR FIGROMYALGIA, HEADED BY DR. BENNETT. HE IS SEMI-RETIRED, BUT STILL ACTIVE IN THIS RESEARCH. THEY MENTIONED GROWTH HORMONES, AND SOME OTHER NEW THINGS. YOU MAY WANT TO CONTACT THEM FOR MORE INFO. GOOD LUCK!
BY THE WAY, SHE WAS DIAGNOSED THAT DAY WITH FIBRO, AND I WAS DIAGNOSED A WEEK LATER BY ANOTHER DR, FURTHER SOUTH.

I don't take the injections as I feel they are dangerous as they feed cancer cells in the body. The stimulants cause your body to produce its own Hgh only if it needs it. They sell it here.
