Does water sport help with fibermyalgia?

Not sure what you mean by water sport...water aerobics seem to help some people as long as it is a heated pool. Even just simple stretches in water helps. Many seem to find relief from water, even warm baths since it tends to relax the muscles.

Hope you can take the time to fill out your profile and let us all know a little more about you. You have found a great site with many informative people, and will make many good friends here.

After all, who knows what we go through better than another person with FM?

    Good luck to you! Friends~Jole
