Ok so I talk to my GP and said "hey I need answers if you can't help me send me to someone who can". This was a very bold move for me. He then send me for x rays ,blood tests. Of course the test came out bad. So now he wants me to see a Rheumy,Opthomologist and Physical medicine. All these doctors are a 45 min. drive away (I can't)and my husband can't take me.
Fortunately my aunt is taking me to the Rhuemy on Monday but I will have to pay for some of the gas (it's fair enough) but I can't do that all the time. Not with gas almost 4.00 a gallon here. I not really upset with my GP. He can't help that the specialist are down the hill. I just wish that I could have had
my ride situation figured out first. The irony of it all. I can't get the ride service without a firm dx. and I can't get a firm dx. without a ride to the doctors. Crazy huh? I guess it just another time for lots of prayer.

are there any service groups around who provide transportation to medical appts? My mom used to drive for the cancer society or a neighbor or a friend going into town.

There are services here for disabled but I need a doctors note
before I can ride . It also takes a few months to get everything started. I'm going to be starting that process soon.
I know that they will drive me to appointments in town but I'm not sure if they will take me down the hill. It's a 45 min. drive. But if God wants me to go He'll have to make a way.
It's just a small miracle. He can do it.=)

I'll look into the Untied Way. We should have one close by here.
