I think I may have found it but I'll let it run a bit longer to let others have a go.
I had been searching for over an hour & started searching in Canada after your last clue and then I stumbled upon it.

I think we studied this structure in Jr. High. It is the Roman aquaduct in northern Norway, built just after the Emperor Hadrian finished the wall in England.

The wall was built across England in the second century AD to keep Paulmack and the other Scots out of England.

Hadrian was the third of the "good emperors of Rome". You can still see his villa if you visit Tivoli, Italy. He named the acquduct "Acquas Romanus ultima thule freezus urass offus".

It's really amazing how well I remember my studies of half a century ago.

Good for you for posting a game! So a Canadian bridge, eh?

Sounds like Paul and Lindy beat me to it. But not Rockgor.

Hey, after your clues, I just found the picture you posted. I had never seen a picture of that bridge before. Now that would be fun to drive across!

Still chuckling at Rock's story about Emperor Hadrian, lol.

Is it The Confederation Bridge which spans the Northumberland Strait between the Canadian provinces of Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick. Prince Edward Island is located off the Eastern Coast of Canada.
Sydney,I stumbled across your exact pic on a website about concrete would you believe, lol,as the bridge had to be specially built to endure some extreme weather as your picture shows.
