    Hi everyone!

Forgive me if this is patchy. I am suffereing a severe relaspe. I have had CFS& Fibro for 3 years now.

I was feeling better and decided to do an expieriment. A friend runs a business out of her home .She asked me to help with her biz. I use to be her boss and she knows how good I am at projects. So for the last 6 weeks I woke up every day at 8:30 am and worked till 5 pm. Just reading that I realize how foolish I was. I feel worse than when my CFS began. This is my worst relaspe to date. I did realize one thing I will be disabled for along time to come.

Does any one know of a Doctor in Denver or Colorado Springs who specializes in CFS/Fibromyalgia??

I will write more when I feel better.......

    thanks
    c

I do know of a doctor in Colorado Springs, depending on your insurance.

She is not a specialist, she is a D.O., but she is an overall wonderfull Doctor, who more than once has saved my life. She has worked for the last year and a half with me sometimes seeing me every week. Sending me to every speciallist she could think of, prescribing any and everything she can think of to help. She sits there and really listens to all of her patients (so she usually runs behind, but the care she gives to one person, you can expect she gives to every patient she sees, so I don't mind the wait.) She believes very much in fibro as being real (which since starting reading here, a lot of docs think it is in our heads.) She has a big patient load, and there are other doctors there, but until you see her for a few times I would only see her, then on emergencies I would see one of the other doctors there. The other good thing is she is there on thurs, fri, sat, sun,. The office is open Mon-Fri 8 a.m -9 p.m. also. sat and sun 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Her name is Dr. Bethany Wallace
    the phone number is 635-5657

The practice is Under the name of Dr. Charles Johnson, although I've never seen him.

The other doctor I see there is Dr. Carrizel (spelling?)
but at first he takes awhile to get used to, and doesn't spend as much time with you, but when i can't see Dr. Wallace, I would rather see him than anyone else (only because he is pretty opened minded.

Like I said it depends on the insurance or self pay, but they accept pretty much most insurances from what i see.

    Hope this help.
Once again, Dr. Wallace is great, she is the main reason I don't leave the springs.
    Hope I could help

I asked my Doctor today if she knew of anyone in Denver, and she recommended Dr. Judy Weiss A Rhemalogist, and a Dr, Jennifer Burns, my Dr. highly recommends both doctors. She says they both specialize in fms and treat paitients with respect.

hopefully you will find a doctor soon.
