(nina_and_me) question about intermittant FMLA

    Just read your reply about disability. Can you explain to me what you mean about intermittant FMLA please.

    I was on intermittant FMLA too. Instead of having your job held for you for 12 weeks right in a row, you can miss a couple days here, a couple days there, as needed, as long as it doesn't exceed 12 weeks over the course of an entire year and they can't write you up for missing that time.

    My work required me to bring a doctor's note every time I was out due to FM, but I don't know if that was the law or just my company's rule.
