    November is a quiet month
That holds its breath it seems.
While Mother Earth prepares the land,
    For winter's lengthy dreams.

No longer do the doors of home
    Admit the charms of spring.
No longer do we hear the songs
    Of birds who gaily sing.

The silence of the winter time
    Descend on one and all.
The silent stars in quiet sky,
    The muted snows that fall.

And in the stillness of it all
As stars look down and nod,
I hear the Psalmist say "Be Still,
And know that I am God."

I love this. Aren't we glad that we can still find God everyday in everything we see.
