So I don't seem to be able to consume omega3 fats. Anytime I eat fish, take fish oil, Algae oil, nuts, flax, other seeds or just anything that is a significant source of omega-3s, I get a pain above my right eye and get bad vertigo that spins in that same direction. I also just feel generally sicker. Does anyone else have a problem similar to this or have any ideas what might be going on? Doctors glaze over it and don't seem interested.

I know omega-3 fats are actually toxic to the inside of our cells but the membranes control the transport in healthy people thus they don't hurt us. I also know Cheney has a problem with CFS patients taking omega-3 fats because it actually could hurt us. Any ideas on what is going on and what could be done to be able to take them without making myself sicker?
