Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm reading alot of great things in the Omega3 connection, this is a great book! Talks of how you can stablize your brain with the correct dose of Omega3, diet and vitamins to protect the omaga3 once it's in your system.

I am trying to take 4-6 cap a day as recommended by my Dr.
however I am finding I feel like I am going to "explode"
a hour after taking them with food.

I take a very good brand, with no fishy oil residual what-so-ever, so I'm not sure why I am feeling so Bloated/Full...sort of like I ate to much. No nausea just very uncomfortable.

Would appreciate hearing if anyone else has this problem.
    Thanks!

I use Ultra EPA from this site, which is mostly fish oil, all Omega 3, and have no such problem with it. I take the recommended dosage, which is two capsules a day. You can look into it and compare it with what you are taking by clicking on Store.
