On an anti gluten diet, waht can/can't you eat? Anything good?

    Just curious. I eat quinoa and blue chips sometimes. I was wanting to go raw for a few days with no glutens to see what happens. I will eat some protien though.

    and I have been eating very well. The only thing we can't have is regular bread but I have found a gluten-free bread (Brown Rice Bread) that I really like. I have found gluten-free pizza crusts and I make my own pizza. I have found gluten-free multi-grain hamburger buns, crackers and just about everything I could want including Irish oatmeal for breakfast.

    We can eat all the fruits and veggies we like. We can make most of our favourite recipes as long as we check the labels for wheat ingredients.

    I am feeling somewhat better and think that the gluten-free diet has something to do with it.
