Will orange juice help when you can't pee?

No, a doctor helps when you can't urinate. Get to the V.A. ASAP.

If you are a male, have you had your prostate checked out recently??

I think I read somewhere that Cranberry juice (or cranapple) was helpful. Might give it a try.
Also ... since Gatorade hydrates you quickly, it might be effective for you. If it's really a problem .. better check with s Dr. or at least talk to a pharmacist.

    NO.

Cranberry juice does, but it will only help the SYMPTOMS that you have. It will NOT cure your problem.

You will need to see a doctor ASAP.

If you have a bladder or kidney infection, you will need a certain antibiotic -- not all antibiotics will work, so don't take leftover ones of somebody else's.

But, if you really CAN'T pee, then you may have more serious problems. Get to your doctor and get checked out. If you already have kidney problems and they have advanced, you may be in kidney failure and need kidney dialysis ASAP.

Call your doctor NOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT!!!!!!
