I have a lot of pain in the ankle area, and I remember seeing a tender point chart indicating this area as part of the 18 points. Am I imagining this? Does anyone else suffer ankle tenderpoints in this area?

I have ankle pain too and also feels like my ankles are really weak.

I didnt know it was one of the tender points.

My ankle pain is not consistent but when it kicks in it REALLY hurts. Usually it's my right ankle and I've never had an injury or anything like that. I also have unexplained swelling once in awhile too in both ankles. This happens for no reason but not too often.

My ankles ache and are all lumpy. It is a spot that is on the tenderpoint charts for FM. Maybe you could get a foot bath and soak your feet. Boy that sounds like a good idea, I'll have to get myself one, haha!

    Take Care!
