I'm having pain in both hands--fingers not as sore--could this be related to the fibro....I can feel lumpy areas as well.

I, too, have painful hands. I have been diagnosed as having arthritis called herbeden, which is painful and swollen nodules on the hands. I can not take any anti-inflammatory medications due to other health problems. I combat it by being more careful how I use my hands, hot parifin soaks, and Tylenol, which helps some. I also find is helpful in cold weather to keep my hands warm by wearing gloves while outside and keeping them in my pockets otherwise when not in use. I hope these suggestions are helpful. Good luck.
