Hi - I've recently developed tendon pain in the arches of my feet and palms of my hands. I could chalk this up to fibromyalgia and tight tendons and simply over doing certain acitivities. However, I wonder if I could be developing some other condition. I sometimes have tingling/vibration feelings associated with the pain, so I'm worried that I might have some form of neuropathy. Or perhaps since I'm in middle age now, I'm simply starting to feel my age? :) Tendon pain seems hard to treat, from what I've read. I'm doing PT for my feet and starting to slowly do exercises with a PT. Do any supplements help your tendon pain? Thanks. - Mark

    nerve conduction test?

Tingling in hands gradually worsened for me, test confirmed carpal tunnel.
Tingling in feet along with burning sensations test confirmed radiculopathy.

You may need to be referred to a neurologist for testing.
