ptosis also, not paralysis. Mine happened after my cervical spine surgery, when the Neurosurgeon compromised the nerves, causing me to have Horner's Syndrome.

    Hi franklynda~
Yes, when I get tired, the right eyelid gets very droopy. When the Neurosurgeon did my cervical spine surgery, he compromised the nerves on that side of my face, where I do not sweat on the right side of the face/head, my right eyelid droops, and the pupil in my right eye doesn't dialate properly. Until I went to an eye doctor and had the dialation drops put into my eyes, my pupil in my right eye would no dialate at all.

The one problem I use to have when I get tired, or my nerves get the best of me, is gone, and that is my eyelid twitches. But my left eyelid twitches.

Sorry I'm just getting back to you today.
