I find that declining hormones is making my fibro worse.
Has anyone found bioidentical hormones helping their fibro
or CFS? Now that I am not having periods my fibro is much
worse. Anyone have info to share?

I find I need to stay on my HRT or else certain symptomes become unbearable. Like profuse sweating that swings the other direction and turns into chills.
I have not found anything else (natural or otherwise) that do and adequate job.
    good luck

Hormone fluctuations are the pits. I had so much trouble after a total hysterectomy at 39: Finally, after pills, patches, injections, inserts etc. I found a doctor who really knew what he was talking about. After lots of tests, he put me on a prescription natural progesterone cream - not one of the over the counter stuff - but one tailored to me. Gradually, he reduced the dose and now, several years later, I am off the hormone merry-go-round ride.

My main advice is to shop around and get a doctor who REALLY knows what he is doing rather than one, and unfortunately, there are many of them, who THINK they know what they are doing and treat all their patients in a similar way. Good luck
