Hi, it's been awhile since I have been on, Hello Shirl and Mikie.
I was wondering if anyone out there has heard of permindranate? My husband and I were watching a news show a few weeks ago and they mentioned this as a shot that regained lost bone density. I am not sure of the spelling. I have searched on the internet but nothing has been found.
These people had taken their children(I believe the kids had brittle bone disease) to Alaska for these shots and their bone density improved greatly. My osteo is getting worse and I would try the shots if I new more about them. If anyone has info let me know. Thanks, KIMO

p.s. My doctor said the FDA aproved a once a year shot for osteo, instead of the weekly pill. He said it should be out sometime in the near future. It is a shame that the osteo studies that were on board the Columbia were destroyed. What a tragedy all the way around.
