The Genuine Health web site has excellent information on this. They have a chart that indicates which foods are acid/alkaline. They tell you how to test and what values you should aim for. They do have a product that increases alkalinity but the information is really worth checking .

    Hi Kelly,

I can't remember....are you currently taking cream of tartar?

If so, have you tried taking testing your urine when you're taking it vs. not taking it?

    Thanks,

    Lisa

If you are trying to increase your level of alkalinity, you can first use the pH strips to determine your pH level (saliva or urine).

Then combine 1/4 tsp. aluminum-free baking soda and 2 Tbs. Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar in 4-6 oz. of clean water. After fizzing subsides, drink this mixture. Depending on your level of acidity, you can drink once or twice each day for about two weeks.

Keep checking your pH levels until you reach balance.
