Does anyone have a pinched nerve in neck. If so, what does it feel like? Is there anything you can do for it?
I haven't been checked yet for it, but I think I have one.

Symptoms are pain, cracking neck, numbness, tingling in neck face, shoulder, back, arm and side.

    Horrid things.

I hope you can get some relief.

I have some of those symptoms you described, but not all. My neck hurts on the right side all the way down to my shoulderblade. It feels like a knife is just stabbing me in the shoulderblade. It NEVER goes away!!

What is an inversion table and what does it do? I've never heard of one.
