    I have twitching in musles mostly in left pointer finger and right leg but also elsewhere..fatique and forearm musle weakness and slight soreness ringing in ears?

    Twitching muscles are very common in FM, many of us have them. For me, sometimes it's one muscle, like my calf muscle, twitching over & over again, very visably. Other times, it's little twitches all over-----someone once described that as if you draped a string of Christmas lights around your body, then set them on the "twinkle" setting. Good description, I think. Many of us FMers have more neurological symptoms (like this) than almost anything else. It's as if there's a short in our body's electrical system. So twitching is common...

    SUCKS!! I have it and have had it for a few years. The only thing that I have found that makes it stop is Klonopin. It's a wonder drug for this symptom in my case.

    If it were me, I would go see my dear neurologist. You can play guessing games where instead you could begin to pinpoint the cause. Best. Cactuslil'
