    Below is a poem Josh wrote. It gives a little insight to the kind of person he was.

    With all that encompasses,
    With all that wilts, yet grows from remembrance;
    With all that flows from untold chances;
    You who are poised in victories stance,
    For you, who will remember, and have courage.
    For this life that has brought me nearer you,
    For this strife in all that passes-
    For the gifts of those who have shared our memories
    In our prayers for those who have excelled us,
    For our love of those who have made us,
    For them, we will remember, and have courage.
    To the unbridled souls that comfort us in losing,
    For the unshed tears that compromise in loathing:
    For the future in which we tame in controlling,
    The lessons taught by our fathers.
    For them, we will remember and have courage.
    In these clear times of seeing embers,
    Desperate memories that must,
    Shatter our fears in sharing,
    And broaden our years in remembrance.
    For this, my honor I trust.
    In this, my life I thrust: for the tears of loss are just,
    And confidence is not withholding.
    For this, we will remember, and have courage
    In this time of kind hearts sustaining,
    For the following days of emotional draining
    My heart I offer in giving; my love I give in sharing;
    My spirit is yours in loving,
    The memories of our losses.
    For time, we will remember and have courage.
    In time we remember.

    That is exquisitely perfect!! What a perfect remembrance of a strong and brave and loving man. You were blessed and changed forever through his being and his love. Cherish your memories.

    Thank you for sharing this with us. I have copied it and will keep it in my journal.

    Sending love and hugs,

    What an amazing man. I can only cry to think how low he must have been to have done what he had to do. You were indeed blessed to have had his love in your life. I am sorry you lost him...but I believe he is in peace now.

    God Bless you...and thank you for sharing his heart and your memories with us. I hope you are doing OK. Stay on the board with us.

    Thank you to each and everyone for your kind words of support through this terrible time in our lives. Talking with you has helped me more than you will ever know. You all have a better understanding of the pain Josh went through than I could ever have imagined. I have found a considerable amount of comfort in your replys and the fact that I know he is not in pain anymore and that he is in Heaven in the arms of the angels.
