There is a probiotic product called Bio K, made in Canada, that is a yogurt consistency, which contains more live cultures than any other product that i've come across. This stuff is pricey, but if you can find it, it is well worth the $$$, considering its potency.

Culturelle is an excellent one. It has 30 billion cells per capsule. Research has shown that it changes our TH1/TH2 balance for the better.
The JarroDophilus sold by Pro Health is also a very good one.

There've been good anecdotal and poss some published reports (like on VSL-3) on the following - there are hundreds?? to choose from - in no particular order (these are mostly higher-end and relatively expensive)

...highly recommends I-Flora by Sedona Labs. I like it too, it doesn't have to be refrigerated so it's convenient for travel also.

After months of chemotherapy and strong antibiotics, when my stomach was a mess, I-Flora got me back on track in a very short period of time.

I order mine online; I can get it through my doctor, but it's more expensive ($25). I order it for around $16 a bottle online, do a search for I-Flora.

    Hugs,
    Pam
