I posted my prayer request on the Worship board but not sure how busy it will be and if seen. Go back there and read if interested. My heart goes out to everyone there and all effected, especially the children in the schools that were destroyed and the parents still looking for them.

It is all so heart breaking . I think it was 1999 when another bad tornado hit around this same area. Please join me and others in prayer for everyone involved. Also include those in other area being hit by this horrific weather and bad storms.

I remember the one in Joplin, MO a few years ago when our cousin lost everything. Luckily they were all gone to a birthday party or they would have been effected badly.

    Blessings to all,
    Granni

Granni, while I have nothing against prayer, the best thing everyone can do is help the Red Cross in all they do and they are doing their utmost, I've gotten emails today for a $10 donation to RC and I'm hearing pleas all over my airwaves....just think everyone donated $10 to RC they would mega millions for all they do....just putting it out there....

    The devastation is horrific.... jam

Well, I just did it, thru an email from our President's office, a 10.00 donation to the RC....

I get so many requests daily for donations to groups I would love to support, but just can't...but
this one feels good to support...I pick and choose very wisely and feel strongly about many issues....

Yes, donations of any kind would be a wonderful thing to give, money or whatever. However, these organizations know how to get the most out of the money sent in. We have heard that numerous times locally in reference to Salvation Army, the Food Bank, etc.

    Thanks for the reminder !

    Hugz to all,
    Granni
