My husband is going in for a discogram tommorrow, its outpatient surgery. I am driving him there and home. He is supposed to do not much at all for three days afterwards.

Then 2 of my sons are going in for docs appointments tomorrow. One supposed to go in for a phyiscal for sports, he joined the wrestling team. Then my 11 year old is having a exam of a old injury in the ankle, that keeps flareing. Most likely going to be referred out to a specialist for that. He damaged the growth plate in the ankle or something like that.

But then they got colds too, sore throats, aches and pains..So the docs appointments are for that now too.. Oh My!

I have a really busy day tomorrow.. Just wanting prayers to help guide me, not get to overanxious and stressed out. And not go into another flare over it all.

I am not used to busy days like this.

I been having what feels like the bladder problems again myself. The meds to control the spasms are helping some. The pain also has been going into my right side and lower back. My docs appointment is this coming Friday.

Today at church the message was about glorifying God. I learned alot from it. Also learned about when others pray for you, it really is helpful!

    Love, Sunshyne

My husbands appointment had to get rescheduled. No anesthesiologist. It won't be until the beginning of the new year.

    My sons appointments went well.

I ended up with a meeting at VR. Redid a resume, and there may be a chance to go back into the job I had before the illness and all. Was a spur of the moment, unexpected to be there. I handled it well.

My docs appointment I was supposed to have this week, has been rescheduled too. Not until the end of November. Got my pain meds refilled.

Got a migraine towards the end of the day. Going to relax this evening, watch a movie.

Thanks so much for the prayers!

I started a diet, well started eliminating foods I know is not good for me, and us. Explained it to the kids last night, on the changes. They are used to eating a different way. Eliminating sugars, colas, chips, the junk food around here. So, did that on top of everything too. But turned out OK. Was so tired last night, almost ordered food in. Then double thought, it wouldn't be so hard to make some chicken salad, with low fat dressing. And so did that, and we got full on it. Made a different sort of breakfast this morning also. So starting off great on this part of trying to get better, for all of us!!

My oldest had tryouts for basketball at the last minute, he didn't say anything about it until yesterday afternoon. So had that on top of everything else.

Was a busy day, good and not so good things happened. Happy I was able to handle it OK. Handled it the best I could.

I think too I got the migraine from not eating well yesterday, not eating much at all actually. So working on that today. Hadn't had such a headache is sooo long, took me by surprise. Finally got the headache under control this morning. Then eliminating caffeine probably was part of that headache.

    Have a great day everyone!
