We got flooding from rain. Been raining and raining and raining. The rain has caused flooding, and peoples basements here are getting flooded, and they have to have the water pumped out. Some have no heat, and we are getting like really cold weather soon. Then resucue teams, rescuing people from their homes have been busy all night, and this morning. Some major roads closed. Some schools closed. Flood warnings since last night. On my street, water is over the curb. Then sewer drain lids popped off earlier, more water gushing out. The rain has stopped, and the rivers, creeeks etc. are expected to crest later. Tomorrow it will be clean up day around here. Please pray for the flood victims, those who cannot sleep in their homes, or who have no insurance, and those who will have to go without heat because of the floods.

    Amen, Sunshyne

Dear Lord please be with Sunshyne and all the people in her area, and give them the peace and and, and the strength to endure this rain and all the problems from it. Please stop these rains and help by handing out many blessings to all.
Help guide them and stay by their side. In Jesus name, amen.

    Dear Heavenly Father,
I pray that you will watch over Sunshyne and everyone else that has been affected by all this rain.
Please give them the strength and wisdom to over come this battle that they are facing from all of this rain.
I pray that you will instill them with a strong heart and spirit to overcome these trials that are around them at this time.
I pray that in all things and in all ways please let them see your love prevail.
For it is in Jesus' name that I humbly pray Amen and Amen.

    Many Blessings to all of you, Judy <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/17/17_1_22.gif' border=0></a>

Thanks very much for the prayers. Debbie, thanks to for including the rescue workers, they do such a wonderful job, risking their own lives for others. Very caring people.

Flooding has eased some today, lots of folks having to do clean up afterwards. Some can't move back into their homes either. Now the cold has set in. With the wind its below zero. Having problems with my furnace myself too, and the place we rent from isn't being very quick about getting it fixed. Its keeping me awake at night, worried about the furnace.

There was a story on the news too about a lady with 4 little girls and water in her basement caused her furnace to malfunction, then carbon monoxide set in. A neighbor found them passed out from it. If he hadn't of found them, they would have died. I call it a God thing!

If my furnace isn't fixed tomorrow, going to stay at my sisters until it is fixed.

I don't mind the cold, I cuddle up with the dog, my kids and chill out. Lots of warm blankets. Then like to make homemade soups, breads, stews in a slow cooker.

    Thanks again for the prayers.
