I had written before asking if anyone knew if one could take fibro meds before/while pregnant. Well, I've talked to my doctor, and I can continue with Amitriptylline. Also, she said that if I need more help, I can add Prozac to help! Let me tell ya, I stopped taking my Ami for 1 full week, and it was a week of hell!
I hope this helps some of you!

Boy, are you caught between a rock and a hard place! I guess my question is...are you taking any supplements to help? Like magnesium along with malic acid? (Not magnesium oxide - it's pure laxative. There are magnesium combs that are much better.) Be sure you're getting lotza calcium, too.

To be honest, I'd be very cautious of any prescription med while being pregnant. This can be passed on to your baby.

I say this because I was given meds while carrying my son to keep from aborting. They later learned this med caused numerous problems for the babies that were born. And, yes, my son was affected.

I know you're in pain. This is the best I can offer...and I hope it helps!!
