    Hi Acuario,

If you look at my Famvir Status Report thread for this week, munch1958 describes a probiotic that I think sounds pretty good. (I use a similar product that I get from my doctor.)

The name of the thread is

    Famvir Status Report Week 23

The problem with drugs is that candida develop resistance to them. This is the case with herbs too though.

I've recently been using Candidase (I talk about that in this status report and in Week 22), and have been impressed with it.

If you want to control candida, probably you'll have to eliminate sugar and not use much white flour though.....

    Best, Lisa

So when you first start this stuff for candida is there a cleanse involved? Cause I tried just getting stuff to deal with the yeast problem and it didn't change much.I've been on and off anti biotics all my life and I am 43(next month).I intend to do an over all herbal cleanse and then attack the candida.Any thoughts on this idea of mine?
