    Hi there,

I am having a terrible problem with brushing my teeth. When I try to brush the back of my top teeth I start to choke. If I keep trying I throw up. I am so worried about my teeth. I use a child's tooth brush and that helps me brush the bottom teeth but I still struggle with my top teeth.

    Any one else or suggestions.

    Thanks for your thoughts

Sounds like you have a bad gag reflex.

Try keeping your teeth together and just brushing the outside front.

Don't worry about it. Brushing isn't everything. Stay away from sticky bread like food, sugars, cakes and candies. Get some of that trident gum and chew it. Eat nuts. Also eating carrots can help clean your teeth. And they are good for you too.
Always after eating anything - Swish your mouth thoroughly with water.
