My dishwasher stopped cleaning, the filter under the bottom sprayer was clogged, as I was flushing it out, I recognized it. Psyllium granules!

I just started using it two weeks ago as part of the glyconutrients recipe. Its a great source of Xylose. It also does help the colon as an INSOLUABLE fiber...boy, did I learn what that word means.

Laughing hard!!! Oh you made my morning! That sounds like something I would do. Then my husband would give me the schoolgirl lecture because he would be the one who would have to fix it. Bummer about the dishwasher.

    Too funny...

You know how kids have to do the science experiment where you have to drop an egg off a roof without it breaking? My daughter packed it in a bowl of psyllium- once the psyllium hardened she wrapped in it plastic bags.
    Her egg didn't break..
