I've been taking this for about 4 months now to keep the Candida at bay, which I've had a lifelong problem with. Is this what you call a "probiotic"? Or is it considered to be a digestive enzyme? I'm also taking bromelain. Should I take a digestive enzyme as well? Thanks. :)

A healthy gut needs many things including exzymes and probiotics. Acidophilus is only one type of probiotic. It is good, but the combo probiotic products are much more effective. The Jarro-Dophilus sold here is the best probiotic I have found. It is developed to bypass the stomach and break down in the intestines where it is needed. Probiotics taken every day help prevent Leaky Gut Syndrome.

The bromelain taken on an empty stomach helps with hypercoagulation. Enzymes taken with food help with digestion.

I will look that product up.

Question for Mikie: Let me see if I have this straight...

If I take a probiotic like Jarro-Dophilus, a digestive enzyme with meals such as Vital Enzymes, and additional Bromelain for fibrin clearing... would that cover me? LOL!
