I went to see the Hematologist last thursday `cos i`ve been getting pains where my Gall bladder( removed 14 mths ago ) was & every time i have a blood test it shows an infection but apparenetly it`s nothing to do with my liver or anything.
The Hematologist said that every time i have a flare due to the Fibromyalgia i get an infection.
Is this true ? Has anyone heard of this before ?
    Thanks Serenety.

If your getting, Infections and theres no known cause, at least by the test's and your Dr.s
Then I would say it would be good bet.

I know that I have gotten more Infections, since I started having FMS FLares.

My Siblings have FMS also, and not a one of them, is Infection free.
They have all had some form or other.

What does your Dr. do for the Infections?

Hope your feeling better, life with FMS is a challange, no doubt about that.

The doctors exact words were Fibro caused infections.......well i have never heard of that one.

Does anyone know of a web site where you can ask a Dr or even a Fibro site who has a Dr?
