I'm trying to complete the SSI Adult Medical and Job Worksheet. When I first became ill in 2003 I was put through a battery of tests and was seen by a number of specialists, most of which had negative results. Should I only list the ones that agreed with the CFS DX or list them all to show that other medical problems were eliminated? Please help, I want to apply on line today.

I asked DISINISSUES but how long will an answer take from them? I'm new to this.

I would list them all, the more the better.

That is what my lawyer told me, also the more things you have wrong with you the better.

I just had my hearing date this month, dont know anything yet.
