I have a hearing for SSi next Friday and have 2 questions.

    1. It will be a video conference. Anyone done this or have any advice?

    2. What kind of questions does a vocational expert ask?

Thanks for the help and advice. I think I am as ready for it as i can be. I have copied lots of helpful posts and gone over all the info I filled out, doc records etc. I know I will be nervous, so the more i can make things familiar, the better i will do.

I had my hearing which was a video conference on June 4th. It "felt" like the judge was with me so I wouldn't worry too much about it. It was kinda funny though the way he would peer at me sometimes. LOL.

The VE didn't ask me anything. She just communicated with the judge and my attorney. She answered the hypotheticals with job listings that she thought I could do. My attorney got her to say "none" by the end of that portion.

I am still waiting to see if I'm approved or not. Good luck to you...I hope you win!
