I ordered my ENADA from ProHealth and began taking it day before yesterday. The first day, I only took one 5 mg tablet. Yesterday and today, I took two tablets, since I didn't notice any prolems when I took one. I can say that I have noticed since yesterday that my cognitive abilities are slightly improved. I understand that is one of the benefits of this supplement.

My questions are: Who is taking it and how is it working for you? How much are you taking and how long did it take to notice a difference?

I appreciate any input y'all may have on your experience with ENADA. Thanks.

    Love, Mikie

It took a month before she felt the benefit, and it allows her to function.
She did stop last year because of the cost and thought she was better, but noticed within a week that she felt much worse again so has had to resume taking it. Thinks she`ll be on it for life and says blow the cost...

I started at 20mgs/day for 3 weeks. I didn't notice a bit of difference - 2 days ago I started taking 15mgs/day to make my supply last a little longer. I have about 15 days worth left & I'll take it until I run out. My cfids doc told me to take 20mgs/day for 2 weeks & I'll know if it is helping - it didn't. I know it helps a lot of others - I was really hoping it would help me even a little. I'm happy (& jealous!) that its helping you. Amy

Been lurking here awhile, sure am glad I found this forum. I have been sick with CFS for 16 years. After reading you guys posts, and researching on the Internet, I am trying the NADH. After taking 10 mg. every am, I felt an improvement within 3 days. The last week I have been taking 20 mg. every am, and it is making a difference. My pain, and confusion seem easier for me to handle, and my mind seems to be working better, at least at times. I really feel also that I am waking up in less pain, am very thankful for this.
Any improvement is welcome!! I will not regale you with the horrors of the condition, we are all aware of how it can be... but this seems to be helping me a little, at least for now.
My husband also notices a difference, he thinks I am exhitibing more stamina and recovery from exertion ability.
I have only been taking it for three weeks, and I have tried a lot of things, only to have nothing work significantly.
Mikie, I hope this keeps working for us...every little bit helps.

The CFS specialist my girlfriend saw recently recomended starting at 5mg and tiering up to 15mg as long as there were no problems. I understand this is a very safe, well-tolerated supplement.

He stressed that it was very important to take it (with a glass of water) on an empty stomach in the morning, 30 mins before eating. Doing this may make the difference between it working and not.

After 2 weeks, my girlfriend has noticed no improvement, and if anything is slightly worse. But then the Enada is not meant to be one-stop solution, and I'm sure in her case there are complicating issues.

Hope it gives you some good results :)
    Best wishes,

I appreciate your help. Just wondering what I might expect although I know everything works differently for each of us. I am now positive that my cognitive problems are quite improved since taking the ENADA. This, alone, makes it worthwhile.
